I have been working in the Colombian Amazon since 2024 as a postdoctoral researcher with the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. The work documented here is a record of my research and wanderings from the town of Leticia, Amazonas to the Indigenous communities along the Loretoyacu River. It includes the photovoice research project Aquí, donde habitamos with the Ticuna community of San Pedro de Tipisca, documentary photography of traditional practices and daily life, and even a bit of video work.
